超高水材料充填开采兼沿空留巷技术应用研究

Research on the application of gob-side entry retaining and filling mining technology with superhigh-water material

摘 要:针对城郊煤矿C2401工作面的顶板赋存条件较差、煤层倾角小的特点,通过对超高水材料基本性能的研究,提出了综采面超高水材料袋式充填开采兼沿空留巷技术。在综采面超高水材料袋式充填开采过程中配合锚梁网联合支护技术对运输斜巷进行留巷。结果表明:在密闭、低温、潮湿的环境下,超高水材料袋式充填开采配合锚梁网联合支护技术适用于综采面袋式充填开采兼沿空留巷技术,效果理想,机械化程度高,是未来建下压煤绿色开采的发展方向。

Abstract:

Abstract: Against the bad condition of roof and smaller angle for C2401 coal face of Cheng Jiao coal mine, new technology of the gob-side entry retaining and the bag-type filling mining with super high-water material in fully mechanized mining coal face is proposed by studying the basic properties of super high-water material. Applied bolt-beam-mesh support technology in the transportation inclined roadway within bag-type filling mining with super high-water material in fully mechanized mining coal face. The results showed that the bag-type filling mining with super high-water material cooperated with bolt-beam-mesh support technology, which is appropriated for the gob-side entry retaining and the bag-type filling mining in fully-mechanized mining coal face in a wet, cold and closed environment, direct effect and high mechanization, which is an advanced green filling mining method under buildings.
